The City of Taylor Mill has three shelters available for rent:
Winston Park (Shelter 1), Sunny Acres (Shelter 2) or Forest Hills (Shelter 3).
The rental rate per shelter is: $60.00 for Taylor Mill Residents or $75.00 for Non-Taylor Mill Residents.

Each rental requires an additional $50.00 refundable security deposit. All rental fees are non-refundable and non- transferable. Checks should be made payable to the City of Taylor Mill. All checks are cashed and a check for the security deposit will be issued and mailed to the renter within approximately 2 weeks of the rental date. The City shall refund the security deposit if, and only if, after the event described herein, the Shelter House was cleaned to the same condition thereof that existed immediately prior to the event.

Remittance of contract and fees are due upon booking of the shelter. Dates cannot be held for any reason without payment and agreement. The renter of the shelter house shall be held responsible for any damage to the shelter or its contents.
Bring this permit as confirmation and keep it in your possession on the day of your shelter reservation.

This permit may be revoked for failure to comply with park rules and regulations.
