Invitation to Bid for

Construction of Fire Station


The City of Taylor Mill is accepting bids for construction services for the new Taylor Mill Fire Station. Sealed bids must be received by the City of Taylor Mill by 3pm on Friday, April 26, 2024 . Mailed bids should be sent to:

Bids received shall be opened publicly and read aloud in the meeting room of City Hall on Friday, April 26, 2024, at 3pm. Bids received after the stated deadline will be rejected. The City of Taylor Mill assumes no responsibility for the submissions that are not properly addressed and or delivered to the City. Bidders have the option to hand deliver to ensure timely delivery. All sealed bids shall state the name of the bid on the outside of the envelope along with the company name and address. The successful bidder will be required to have a current occupational license for the City before the Contract will be awarded. The City Commission reserves the right to waive irregularities and to reject any and all bids. The City Commission shall authorize acceptance of the bid by the responsible bidder who, in Commission s judgment, offers the best and most responsive proposal to the City, considering quality, service, performance record, and price, or Commission my direct the rejection of all bids.
