Invitation to Bid for
Solid Waste Collection and Recycling Services
The City of Taylor Mill, Kentucky, is inviting sealed bid proposals for residential solid waste collection and recycling services within its corporate limits.
All bids and proposals must be submitted to the City of Taylor Mill, located at 5225 Taylor Mill Road, Taylor Mill, KY 41015. They should be enclosed in a sealed envelope marked “SOLID WASTE BID” on the exterior and must be received by 12:00 p.m. EDT on Friday, April 18, 2025. Bids will be opened immediately after the bid acceptance period ends at noon EDT on the same day.
The city reserves the right to thoroughly evaluate all bids for completeness and compliance with all bid specifications. Additionally, it may reject any or all bids for any reason and waive any informality during the evaluation of the bid process. The city may, at its discretion, award the contract to the lowest and/or most qualified bidder who meets any or all, or a combination thereof, of the specifications and conditions outlined in this Request for Bid.
