Trick-or- Treat hours in the City of Taylor Mill is on October 31 from 6-8 p.m.: In the City of Taylor, trick-or-treating is officially scheduled for Friday, October 31st, between 6 to 8 p.m. Residents who wish to distribute treats are encouraged to leave their outdoor lights on.
