Trick-or- Treat hours in the City of Taylor Mill is on October 31 from 6-8 p.m.: In the City of Taylor, trick-or-treating is officially scheduled for Friday, October 31st, between 6 to 8 p.m. Residents who wish to distribute treats are encouraged to leave their outdoor lights on. The city of Taylor Mill is declaring a SNOW EMERGENCY effective 6am Sunday morning, January 5th. All residents are required to move parked vehicles off the streets to allow for city crews to treat the streets and remove the snow. Thank you for your assistance and please drive carefully if you must be out.
