Trick-or- Treat hours in the City of Taylor Mill is on October 31 from 6-8 p.m.: In the City of Taylor, trick-or-treating is officially scheduled for Friday, October 31st, between 6 to 8 p.m. Residents who wish to distribute treats are encouraged to leave their outdoor lights on. Beginning on Tuesday, September 5th, the Northen Kentucky Water District will begin replacing the water main along Wolf Road from Hollyhock Drive up to Taylor Mill Road. The project is scheduled to be completed by November 24th. There will be traffic devices installed to direct traffic around the construction so expect possible delays if using that route to access Decoursey Ave. Alternative routes should be considered.
