SNOW EVENT: While there is no snow emergency called yet, we are asking people to please park in their driveways to allow our plows to both pre-treat and push snow.

Upcoming Duke Energy Transmission Work – Starting Tuesday, November 9th

Duke Energy is planning to replace a portion of transmission lines over I-275 in Taylor Mill (shown on map) which could result in nightly traffic impacts. This work will be completed only during overnight hours from 11PM-4AM, starting Tuesday, November 9 until Friday, November 12. During this time, 15 minute rolling road blocks will repeat each hour during the timeframe mentioned.
