Blacktop Rodeo Concert Cancelled July 17th: The concert in Pride Park scheduled for Wednesday, July 17th featuring the band Blacktop Rodeo is being cancelled due to a weather forecast calling for rain and thunderstorms.  The band will be rescheduled at a later date this summer so watch the city's Facebook page and the website for that new date.

SIDEWALK PHASE 3; OPEN HOUSE AND PUBLIC SURVEY

As many of you have heard over the past several months from the city’s newsletters and discussion at commission meetings, we are beginning the work on the Taylor Mill Sidewalk Project Phase 3.  This section of sidewalk will run along one side of KY 3716 (Taylor Mill Road) and connect the current sidewalk at the intersection with Saddlebrook and run all the way to Walnut near the Trifecta building. Engineers have completed the preliminary survey and the city is having an open house informational meeting to show the location and design of the sidewalk. That meeting will be held in the city commission chambers on Monday, November 22nd at 7 p.m. 

          We encourage everyone attend this meeting to learn more about the project.  Everyone that has property affected by the sidewalk’s construction will also receive direct contact from the city during the process.
