Snow Emergency Declared: The city of Taylor Mill is declaring a SNOW EMERGENCY beginning at noon, Saturday, January 24th until rescinded. During this time, we require all cars to be removed from the city streets to allow our snow plows safe and efficient access to the roads. Due to the low temperatures, we must rely on constant plowing to keep up with the snow removal rather than just salt, as it will be less effective as the temperatures drop below 30 degrees. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you as our primary goal is to clear the streets for safe passage for both our residents and emergency responders. It is not our goal to block anyone’s mailbox, but please understand that may happen.
Last Saturday some of Taylor Mill’s finiest four legged citizens came out to present their Christmas wish lists to the old man of the north himself. Thank you to all the pets that showed up and to all the volunteers who gave their time and energy to make this a very successful event. Hope to see you all again next year.
