Congratulations Sergeant Mills!

Congratulations to Sergeant James Mills for graduating from the Academy of Police Supervision (APS), at the Department of Criminal Justice Training. APS is three weeks of training, designed to be the first course in leadership development for Sergeants or First Line Supervisors. 

Topics include:  Situational Leadership, Emotional and Social Intelligence, Generational and Diversity Issues, Public Speaking, Leading Change, Problem Solving and Decision-making and Additional Leadership Paradigms.
