Snow Emergency RESCINDED: The city of Taylor Mill has rescinded the SNOW EMERGENCY declared over the weekend.  We thank all the residents for their patience as our public works department crew worked diligently to ensure that our streets were safe and passable as many of us got out to come to work this morning.

Accepting Applications for Full Time Police Officer

The City of Taylor Mill, Kentucky is accepting applications for the position of a full time lateral police officer. Applicants must be 21 years of age, a U.S. citizen, possess a high school diploma or GED, and KLEC/POPS required.  Applicant must possess a valid Kentucky driver’s license and be a Kentucky resident. The starting salary range is $43,937 – $50,036, plus incentive and benefits. Applicants must be willing and able to satisfactorily complete pre-employment testing and background investigation. Applications are available at the police department or online at www.taylormillky.gov. Applications must be received no later than 5:00 PM, Friday, August 4, 2017.
